This is the web site of the Great Lakes Credit Union. The Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU) recognizes the importance of your privacy on the Internet. The following explains what types of information are collected when you visit this web site. GLCU does not collect personally-identifying information from its web site unless you decide to provide such information. Visitors under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before sending any personally-identifying information to GLCU. All information collected by GLCU is used for internal purposes and is not distributed to outside parties unless otherwise stated. Like all webservers, the GLCU webservers automatically create log files for each visitor who accesses the site. The "access logs" allow GLCU to make the site more useful to you. Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you explaining the call is on behalf of GLCU and asks for your account number, you should beware. Official Credit Union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it. Keep your information with us current. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know. It is important we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
